The iPhone 13 Pro Max is huge and offers great technology and a high quality case, but you have to be content with 12 months of warranty.
With the iPhone 13 Pro Max, we tested the largest of Apple's current smartphones and determined that no other smartphone is as fast and you also cannot get as much storage in other smartphones. But ...

With the iPhone 13 Pro MaxApple again introduced a top model into its iPhone series that impresses just with its size and got even slightly heavier: 238 grams (~8.4 oz) are a respectable weight for a smartphone.

For this, you also get a stainless steel frame that is polished to a high gloss. While this looks great, it also attracts fingerprints almost magically. The Ceramic Shield continues to be used in the front and back, and Apple's particularly robust display glass is supposed to also survive falls from a moderate height. However, a protective cover is still appropriate.

You can get your Apple smartphone with up to 1 TB of storage, but this will surpass the price point of 1800 Euros (~$2091).

This iPhone generation doesn't represent a huge revolution, but rather an evolution of the details. The ProMotion display with 120 Hz is a great improvement for sure, since the iPhones have been limping behind their Android competitors in this regard for a while. The display has also become brighter again and impresses with an accurate color reproduction.

The cameras continue to take great pictures, but the software offers too few adjustment options for professionals, even if with the new Styles, you can select among several preset profiles for different photo appearances.

Apple markets the iPhone 13 Pro Max as perfect for gamers because of the 120-Hz display. However, there is currently hardly any support for higher frame rates and the rounded corners of the display require an adjustment of the games to avoid losing any important details.

You should also consider whether 12 months of warranty is enough for such an expensive device, and whether you can continue to live with the very significant notch, even if has become smaller.
