Realme has finally debuted its latest smartphone, the Realme GT Neo 3, in China. The GT Neo 3 debuts with a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 beneath its hood and can be equipped with 150 W charging. Prices start at the equivalent of US$315.

After weeks of teasers, Realme has finally debuted its latest device, the Realme GT Neo 3, in China. The Realme GT Neo 3 slots in below the Realme GT 2 series, and with aplomb as the second smartphone to officially launch with MediaTek Dimensity 8100 after the Redmi K50 last week.

The Realme GT Neo sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120 Hz OLED. Under the hood is the Dimensity 8100 as previously mentioned, providing performance on par with the Snapdragon 888 while being a bit more efficient. Joining that chipset is up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

At the back of the Realme GT Neo 3 is the 50 MP IMX766 the company appears to love. There's OIS on that camera, thankfully. It's joined by an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle shooter and a 2 MP camera. At the front is a 16 MP selfie camera.

Realme has widely marketed the GT Neo 3 for its 150 W charging, and the company makes good on those promises. It offers the phone in two configurations: one with 150 W charging and a 4500 mAh battery, and another with 80 W charging and a 5000 mAh battery. While the 80 W model maxes out at 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, the 150 W model goes higher to 12 GB of RAM. There's hardly demand for 12 GB of RAM or 150 W charging, however, so this is likely just Realme showing off its spec sheet chops.
