OnePlus is reportedly gearing up to launch a new flagship tablet, the Pad 3R. The launch could be over the horizon, as the device has just made its appearance at the FCC with the model number OPD2408. While this listing didn't confirm any specs, it will reportedly have the same specs as the Oppo Pad 4 Pro.
If this holds true, it will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite, offering the same level of performance as the OnePlus 13 and the upcoming 13T. Oppo paired this flagship SoC with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of RAM on the Pad 4 Pro, and the same configurations may be carried over on the Pad 3R.
The Oppo Pad 4 Pro also features a 13.2-inch IPS screen with 144 Hz refresh rate. A 12,140 mAh battery powers the internals of the tablet, and it supports 67 W fast charging (100 W Anker Prime charger curr. $79.99 on Amazon). There's a 13 MP camera on the back, and the front of the tab sports an 8 MP selfie camera. You can learn more about the device from our launch coverage.
Getting back to the rumored OnePlus Pad 3R, it will seemingly have support for a stylus, and while the company already has multiple stylus in its portfolio, it's seemingly preparing to launch another, which has also passed FCC recently. There's no clear information on the price of this Snapdragon 8 Elite OnePlus tablet.
However, the rumored OnePlus Pad 3R could have a price similar to the Oppo Pad 4 Pro in China. That tablet starts at CNY 3,300, which is around $452.
