A second-gen tablet from the brand OPPO has yet to emerge, yet is already backed by a source often in the know to improve on its predecessor in terms of UX. Now, the Pad 2 is believed to do so with a new custom stylus, as well as a stand that is depicted as having a unique twist on the usual in-built keyboard.

The famous leaker Digital Chat Station apparently has little love for the original OPPO Pad or its Air counterpart, putting them down as "semi-finished" Android tablets in a new Weibo post. Their allegedly upcoming next generation, on the other hand, may be another thing altogether.

The OPPO Pad 2 is currently painted as a version of the OnePlus Pad with a different processor in its current pre-launch leaks. According to Digital Chat Station, its "experience has improved a lot" with a new pen (the "OPN2201") and a keyboard dock.

The accessories are presented in an image that might be promotional material (as it also involves a smartphone with the legend 'Find X6' displayed alongside the tablet) in an almost hand-drawn style - which, oddly enough, depict the latter with a trackpad but without individual keys.

Then again, it is too early to say whether this "smart touch keyboard" for the 'OPPO Pad 2' really will launch as some kind of new take on its category.
