Big pinch of salt time as the source for these new Nintendo Switch 2 rumors is a controversial one: Zippo. This character has had a mixed relationship with social media and has been banned from some Reddit groups for supposedly providing misleading and inaccurate information. However, this kind of adversity hasn’t stopped Zippo coming out with some big guns firing, including reports about Nintendo making a partnership with Epic Games and the Switch 2/next-generation (NG) Switch coming in at a price that should surprise and please many fans.

According to the commenter, a source they have has been quite explicit in regard to the Nintendo Switch 2 price details, apparently stating:

Previously, a price “ceiling” of US$499 was mentioned for the Switch 2; US$399 is a considerably lower figure that is only US$100 more than the launch price of the OG Switch.
