New customization options may appear in Helldivers 2

Since its launch, many people have been asking for their spaceships to be customizable, as is the case in various similar games. And while this feature is currently limited to weapons and characters, the Super Destroyer could soon benefit from it.

According to a post published by Iron_S1ghts on X, ship customization options have been discovered in the game files. Going into more detail, it will be possible to change the primary color on the exterior and interior, the secondary color, and the banner. And that's not all, as the user also points out that the texture could be customized.

But be careful, because he also mentions that these files may have been deleted, which would explain why these features are not yet available. However, it's also possible that Arrowhead Game Studios wants to keep these new features to add content to Helldivers 2 over the coming months. It should be noted that, according to Iron_S1ghts, there is a lot of customization available for spaceships, weapons, and characters.

As a result, we can expect this option to appear in future updates. And although no official announcement has been made by the developers, it seems that they are working on it.
