Anker is rumored to be developing a more powerful version of the MagGo Wireless Car Charger (Pad, Built-in USB-C Cable). This upcoming accessory is said to offer a higher wireless charging output. Plus, there could be a design tweak based on feedback from users of the original device.

Rumors indicate that Anker is working on a new MagGo Wireless Car Charger. Designed to allow drivers to use their phone screen for directions while driving, it appears that this new accessory will have a similar design to the older Anker MagGo Wireless Car Charger (Pad, Built-in USB-C Cable).

According to a report by reliable leaker AnkerInsider, the new Anker car charger is known as model A2933, while its predecessor is model A2932. The unreleased MagGo Wireless Car Charger is said to offer a 25W wireless charging output, suiting the iPhone 16 series smartphones. The original model only offered a 15 W wireless output.

The new Anker MagGo Wireless Car Charger will support up to 45W (15V⎓3A) USB-C input. Plus, the magnetic phone mount is thought to sit on an adjustable angle base, offering 360° rotation. It has been suggested that the latest version of this accessory might lose the integrated cable, as supplied with the original variant, after user reports of issues with this setup.

It is unclear when the new 45W Anker MagGo Wireless Car Charger (Pad, Built-in USB-C Cable) could launch and at what price. As a guide, the older Anker MagGo Wireless Car Charger (Pad, Built-in USB-C Cable) had a $59.99 (curr. $60.99 at Amazon).
