Among the many products it announced at MWC 2025, Dell has also unveiled the Dell Pro 14 Plus Portable Monitor, a 14-inch portable monitor that helps with productivity for when on the go. Dell's portable monitor has a sleek silver metallic-like exterior but is actually made from recycled plastic. It has slim side bezels but a thick chin and forehead.
With support for use in both landscape and portrait orientations, the Dell Pro 14 Plus Portable Monitor has an IPS display with a 1920 × 1200 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a viewing angle of 178°.
It also has an sRGB coverage of 100%, can display over 16 million colors, and has an anti-glare coating. The stand which houses buttons and ports allows for adjustments between 10° and 90° in landscape mode and up to 16.5° in portrait mode. It also has VESA-mount compatibility.
Dell has placed a USB-C port (DisplayPort 1.2 Alt Mode support) on each side so that the monitor can be used on either side without wires crisscrossing. The ports also have support for 65W USB Power Delivery. When powered on, the monitor has a max power consumption of 7W. According to the spec sheet, the monitor weighs 570 grams (1.25 lbs).
Although the monitor has function buttons on the stand, users can also install the Dell Display and Peripheral Manager app to create custom presets such as automatic brightness and contrast settings that match their work schedule. The app can also be used to arrange tiles apps across screens and create pre-set partitions.
The Dell Pro 14 Plus Portable Monitor (P1425) will be available globally with a price tag of $299.99. However, a listing is already live on its US website with a $329.99 price tag. If that sounds like too much, Dell has an older 14'' portable monitor that's currently available for $238.90 on Amazon. However, it can only be used in landscape mode.
