Asus and MSI reveal their price lists for Rocket Lake Z590 motherboards ranging from €185 (US$224) all the way up to €1,516 (US$1,838)
Asus and MSI have been sharing some information about their upcoming Z590 motherboards. The new 11th Gen Rocket Lake-S Intel Core desktop processors utilize the LGA 1200 socket, which can be found in the Z590 chipset, so board partners have been busy overhauling their product ranges to suit chips like the i7-11700K and i9-11900K.
MSI has come up with a range of 12 Z590 boards that start from as little as €185/US$189 for the Z590-A PRO, with the list progressing through the Gaming and Unify lineups to hit the MEG Z590 GODLIKE at the top, which has an MSRP of €999 (including VAT)/US$1,019 (excluding VAT). The impressive-looking board has a thorough cooling system comprising of heatsinks, heatsink fins, thermal pads, aluminum backplate, and the MSI M.2 Shield FROZR solution.
As for Asus, the PRIME Z590M-PLUS is priced at €189 (US$229) and the TUF GAMING, ROG STRIX, and ROG MAXIMUS ranges are represented before you get to the ROG Maximus XIII Extreme Glacial at the top. This titan of a board has a price of €1,516 (US$1,838) and features an integrated EK water block, Wi-Fi 6E support, five M.2 heatsinks, and AI overclocking. The Asus Z590 motherboards are expected to be launched throughout Q1 2021.
