Asus has announced three new gaming desktops, the ROG Strix G22CH, G16CH and G13CH. All three are configurable with 13th-gen Intel Raptor Lake processors. Apart from the ROG Strix G13CH, both SKUs support Nvidia's RTX 40 series graphics card. Their prices and availability will be revealed later.

Asus has launched three new gaming desktops alongside its numerous next-gen laptops. The ROG Strix G22CH, G16CH and G13CH offer a wide variety of hardware in various form factors. However, their configurations and features vary on an SKU-by-SKU basis. Asus will announce their prices and availability later.

Asus ROG Strix G22CH

One can configure an Asus ROG Strix G22CH with up to a 13th-gen Core i9 Intel processor and couple it with a B760 motherboard with up to 32 GB of DDR5 4,800 RAM and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. The exact SKU isn't mentioned, but we're likely looking at the Core i9-13900K (or 13900KS at a later point). Asus lets users pick between air and liquid cooling for their processors. The case's toolless design allows users to tinker with components with relative ease.

For the graphics card, one can pick Nvidia's newest Ada Lovelace-based RTX 4000 series. The flagship RTX 4090 might not be an option on the Asus ROG Strix G22CH because the chassis is only 10 litres in volume (11.5 x 32.3 x 28.69 cm). For I/O, one gets 2x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A, one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, and one 3.5 mm combo audio jack at the front. There are four USB Type-A (2x USB 3.2, 2x USB 2.0), one HDMI and one RJ-45 port at the back along with three audio jacks. Wi-Fi 6E is also supported via an in-built module.

Asus ROG Strix G16CH

Moving on to the Asus ROG Strix G16CH, CPU options are limited to Intel's 13th-gen Core i7 Raptor Lake processors, which can be cooled via an air cooler or AIO. Graphics card choices are identical to the G22CH, but this case is relatively larger (40 litres) and can fit larger cards. It also lets Asus fit a larger B760 motherboard with six USB Type-A (4x USB 2.0, 2x USB 3.2 Gen2), two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DP 1.4 port, one RJ-45 Ethernet jack, a PS2 port and three audio jacks.

Memory and storage options on the Asus ROG Strix G16CH are limited to 64 GB of DDR4 3,200 RAM, two NVME SSDs in RAID, and a 3.5-inch 2 TB mechanical hard drive. Asus has also thrown in an integrated headset holder and two straps that let you haul it around to LAN parties. The PC also supports Wi-Fi 6E and has two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, and two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C ports at the front.

Asus ROG Strix G13CH

Lastly, the budget Asus ROG Strix G13CH restricts GPU options to a last-gen GeForce RTX 3070 Turbo, a blower-style card manufactured in-house. Processor choices are identical to that of the G16CH, and the PC uses the same B760 motherboard, DDR4 3,200 RAM (up to 64 GB) and storage options (NVMe SSD plus 2 TB mechanical drive). The Asus ROG Strix G13CH gets rid of the two USB-C ports at the front, but appears to have an identical offering of ports at the rear.
