The Acer Predator X45 combines an 800R curvature with a 1440p resolution, a 240 Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits peak brightness. The gaming monitor also has plenty of video outputs, including USB Type-C, and a USB hub.

Acer is moving closer to releasing the Predator X45, having debuted the monitor at the start of the year. Launching before the end of June alongside the Predator X27U, the Predator X45 has a 45-inch panel with an 800R curvature. Also, the latter operates natively at 3,440 x 1,440 pixels, which corresponds to a UWQHD resolution and 83 PPI.

Additionally, the Predator X45 peaks at 240 Hz with 0.01 ms response times (GtG) and 1,000 nits peak brightness. In part, these impressive values are down to the monitor's reliance on an OLED panel, which supports HDR10 and AMD FreeSync Premium too. The Predator X45 does not support NVIDIA G-SYNC or other HDR standards though, nor has Acer confirmed the monitor's peak SDR brightness value.

Moreover, the Predator X45 has the same I/O as its smaller sibling. As such, it has a KVM switch, single DisplayPort 1.4 and USB Type-C ports, two HDMI 2.0 connections and a USB hub. For reference, the USB Type-C port supports 90 W via USB Power Delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode. The Predator X45 will retail for €1,799 in the Eurozone and US$1,699 in the US.
