The iHeal 4 is a new and reasonably priced smartwatch with a large screen and extensive sensor technology. A rotating crown is also on board.

Kospet is offering a new smartwatch in the iHeal 4, which is intended to win over buyers with its large screen and relatively cheap price tag. A 2.1-inch screen with a resolution of 320 x 386 is installed. However, other smartwatches with a smaller display have a much higher resolution in some cases and are therefore sharper. According to the manufacturer, the touchscreen is curved.

Kospet advertises a comprehensive sensor system. Not only can the heart rate be measured, but oxygen saturation can also be recorded. Like some other manufacturers, Kospet also claims that the smartwatch is able to measure blood pressure and blood sugar levels. While blood pressure can be measured by Samsung Galaxy smartwatches with the help of an internal photoplethysmogram (PPG) sensor, the precise measurement of blood sugar on the iHeal 4 seems completely unrealistic. According to reports, wearable manufacturers such as Apple have apparently been working on this technology with little success for years.

There is also a temperature sensor and the quality of sleep can be recorded: Smartwatches generally use data from the motion sensor, among other things, to analyze sleep. The heart rate can also be recorded throughout the day if desired. Over 100 profiles are available for recording sporting activities, but there is no GNSS module.

The smartwatch can not only be operated via the touchscreen, but also via a rotating crown, which is supposed to offer haptic feedback. A microphone and speaker are installed, which means that phone calls can be made with the Kospet iHeal 4, but only as a hands-free device for a smartphone. There are different menu styles to choose from, which should allow quick access to important functions. The 300 mAh battery is said to provide a battery life of up to 12 days, and the wearable is protected against the harmful effects of dust and water in accordance with IP67.

The iHeal 4 is now available directly from the manufacturer at a price of just under $80.
