Manufacturers sometimes run their mouths full. Kospet, a company that is no longer completely unknown for its wearables, is no exception - quite the opposite. The new iHeal 5R is a smartwatch with an almost insanely good range of functions. At least if you want to put your trust in the manufacturer.
This is not recommended in view of the current state of development of smartwatch sensor technology. Heart rate measurement is now quite possible with simpler wearables, but blood glucose monitoring is not. The iHeal 5R smartwatch advertised by Kospet with this feature is therefore unlikely to be able to record this precisely; fake sensors have been an issue with particularly inexpensive wearables for some time now.
Kospet also advertises the possibility of ECGs. Various wearables now offer such a function, but not in the price range of the iHeal 5R. In this regard, one would be justified in viewing this as a probable bogus claim. The iHeal 5R has a 2.02-inch display with a resolution of 320 x 385 and measures 59 x 43.6 millimeters and is 12 millimeters thick.
The 300 mAh battery is said to provide a standby time of up to 55 hours, which is around 2 days. Thanks to its microphone and speaker, the smartwatch can be used as a Bluetooth hands-free device for a paired smartphone, and music control is also possible. The iHeal 5R is available directly from the manufacturer at a price of just under $50, free of shipping charges, but possibly with import fees.
