Xiaomi is preparing to launch the Redmi Turbo 4, which is now confirmed to be rebranded as the Poco X7 Pro for the global market. As the official teaser post shows, the international version has the same iPhone 16-like camera configuration on the back, but as with most of the Poco phones, there will be an exclusive colorway available.
Regarding the non-Pro Poco X7, the official promotional poster shows a design that's quite similar to the Redmi Note 14 Pro. The teaser post shows a triple-camera setup on the rear, and like the X7 Pro, it's shown off in the exclusive black and yellow color combination.
Of course, while the Poco X7 and X7 Pro look identical to the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Turbo 4, there could be some changes made to the specs. This is something that most brands do for their global offerings, and recently, the international variants have been seeing a downgrade in terms of battery.
However, the other core specs are expected to remain the same. That means the Poco X7 Pro should be powered by the Dimensity 8400 Ultra, while the X7 will feature the Dimensity 7300 Ultra. They are expected to feature 6.67-inch screens with support for a 120 Hz refresh rate, and both the global mid-range phones should come with a 50 MP primary camera on the back.
There's no word on the pricing details yet, but the Poco X6 had a starting launch price of $249. The Pro, on the other hand, launched at $299. However, Xiaomi confirmed that both the X7 series phones will launch on January 9, 2025.
