Xiaomi has introduced two new Poco-branded tablets, and the Poco Pad M1 is among them. However, it's not entirely a new tablet, and is more of a rebrand of the Redmi Pad 2 Pro, which was launched in September 2025.
Like the Redmi Pad 2 Pro, the Poco Pad M1 is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, an upper-end mid-range SoC from Qualcomm. It's paired with up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The latter is expandable through the microSDXC slot, allowing users to expand the storage with up to a 2 TB card (512 GB Samsung EVO Select curr. $32.99 on Amazon).
Another notable highlight of the Poco Pad M1 is the 12,000 mAh battery, which has support for 33 W fast charging. There's support for reverse wired charging as well, which caps at 27 W, letting users take advantage of the large battery to power other devices when in need.
On the front, Poco's Pad M1 comes with a 12.1-inch IPS display with support for a 120 Hz refresh rate, a resolution of 1600x2560 pixels, and a regular brightness rating of 500 nits. The front also comes with an 8 MP selfie camera, while the back sports an 8 MP sensor with an LED flash module.
The audio system is another highlight of the Pad M1, which comprises a quad-speaker setup with support for Hi-Res Audio and Dolby Atmos. There's a 3.5 mm audio jack and a 300% audio boost feature.
Among the other highlights of the Poco Pad M1 are WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a metal unibody design. As for the price, it's set to retail at $329, but the early-bird pricing will be $279. Check the one-pager spec sheet below or our Redmi Pad 2 Pro coverage to learn more about the affordable tablet.
