While the Redmi Note 5 is headed for India and expected to arrive on February 14, it looks like the Mi TV is going to be introduced locally on the same day.

The Indian market will get a lot of love from Xiaomi this month, and smartphone fans are not the only one to get their Valentine treat from this popular Chinese brand. Although the latest teaser by Xiaomi India does not say it out loud, it is almost certain that the Redmi Note 5 will be accompanied by the company's sleek smart TV that made its debut in early 2017.

Mi India's recent Twitter message does not say much, but the movie that comes with it makes it pretty clear that this is about the Mi TV. This is what Xiaomi India posted: "Mi fans! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? #WhatIsThat Something wonderful is about to happen this Valentine's Day. Stay tuned!" In the end, they also added a link that allows those interested to register for the live stream.

The Xiaomi Mi TV 4 was introduced in early 2017 and is currently available for purchase in China in the following sizes: 49, 55, and 65 inches. This TV is only 4.9 mm thick (at its thinnest, but also goes up to 40 mm) and features a 4K panel, HDR10, as well as Xiaomi's AI-driven PatchWall UI that gives recommendations based on the viewer's preferences. There is also the Mi TV 4A, which starts at 43 inches and can be acquired in 49-, 50-, 55-, and 65-inch variants as well.

These being said, we should get ready for Xiaomi India's big launch event. Just remember the date and time: February 14, at noon.
