Up to 50 kWh and 4 kW: Zendure SolarFlow Mix expands PV systems with storage and energy management

Today, Zendure introduced the new SolarFlow Mix series, consisting of three distinct models: the SolarFlow 4000 Mix Pro, the SolarFlow 4000 Mix AC+, and the SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+. These are tailored to meet varying requirements and needs.
All three products share several core features: support for Zendure’s Home Energy Management System (HEMS 2.0), the Zenki AI mode for real-time AI-optimized charging and discharging based on electricity tariffs, weather data, household consumption forecasts, and PV generation, as well as support for dynamic electricity tariffs like ZenWave.
SolarFlow 4000 Mix Pro with 13 kW PV input power
The flagship model of the new SolarFlow Mix series is the SolarFlow 4000 Mix Pro. This PV storage system is designed for larger households with high energy demands. It features a bidirectional AC power of 4 kW, allowing it to feed up to 4 kW into the home grid. In off-grid mode, up to 3,680 W is available.
Additionally, with its two 4,000 W MPPTs, it supports PV systems up to 8 kW and can also accept a maximum of 5 kW via an AC-coupled inverter. This results in a total PV input power of up to 13 kW. The battery capacity of the SolarFlow 4000 Mix Pro is 8 kWh, expandable up to 50 kWh if required.
SolarFlow 4000 Mix AC+: A retrofit solution for PV systems
The SolarFlow 4000 Mix AC+ is a dedicated retrofit solution for existing PV systems intended to be upgraded with intelligent storage. The system features a 5 kW AC input (PV-IN AC port) and is compatible with standard inverters. It enables a charging and discharging capacity of 4 kW each, meaning it can feed up to 4,000 W into the home grid. Here, too, the 8 kWh capacity is expandable up to 50 kWh.
SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+ is not expandable
The SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+ is also a retrofit solution, aimed at households with lower requirements. It offers an AC output with up to 3,000 W of continuous power, off-grid operation with up to 3,680 W, and 8 kWh of storage. Expanding the capacity is not possible for this model.
Like the other two products, the SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+ is IP65-rated for outdoor use and operates within a temperature range of −20 °C to +55 °C. According to manufacturer specifications, operation is particularly quiet at 25 dB. All components are housed in robust, all-metal enclosures.
Prices and availability
All three additions to the SolarFlow Mix series are available starting today directly from the manufacturer. The recommended retail price (RRP) for the SolarFlow 4000 Mix Pro is 2,399 euros, while the SolarFlow 4000 Mix AC+ is priced at 1,999 euros and the SolarFlow 3000 Mix AC+ at 1,699 euros.
