All in all, we find a lot to like about the Toshiba Satellite Radius 12 FHD. The unit feels solid, with no flex in the keyboard or screen despite its attractively slim design. It offers a handsome IPS display that's ideal for video viewing as well as office work, as well as up-to-date features like a USB Type-C port and Windows Hello camera.

Model: The Toshiba Satellite Radius 12 P20W-C-104 is the world's first 12.5 inch Ultra HD 4K 5-in-1 convertible laptop. It is a premium laptop that is designed to achieve productivity with a compact convertible design. Its flip and fold convertible design allows the laptop screen to rotate 360 degrees seamlessly and switch between 5 modes. The laptop features a solid build and a satin gold brushed aluminium finish. The Windows 10 Home 64-bit system comes with a 6th generation Intel Core TM i7-6500U processor, an Intel HD Graphics 520, 4 GB of LP-DDR3 RAM, and a 256 GB SSD.
Its 12.5 inch HD display with wide viewing angles is bright and shows details clearly. Even small text icons are readable. However, the display gets muddy when the user dims the backlight to save battery power. The Satellite Radius 12 P20W-C-104 lacks a DVD burner, but it features an SD card slot. It comes with an headphone jack, a HDMI port, which supports the Ultra HD 4K format, two USB 3.0 ports with one supporting USB Sleep-and-Charge port, one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 2 port, and an integrated HD webcam, which works with Windows Hello. This laptop has a weight of 1.32 kg and a battery life of 8 hours as measured by Mobile Mark 2014.
Intel HD Graphics 520: Integrated GPU (GT2) with 24 EUs found on some Skylake CPU models (15 W ULV series).
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

12.50":
This range of display format is largely the upper limit for tablets and the lower limit for subnotebooks.
The advantage of subnotebooks is that the entire laptop can be small in size and therefore easily portable. The tiny display has the added advantage of requiring little power, which further improves battery life and thus mobility. The disadvantage is that reading texts is exhausting for the eyes. High resolutions, which one is used to from a standard laptop, are almost not usable.
The same applies to tablets in this size range.

70%: This rating is poor. More than three quarters of the models are rated better. That is rather not a purchase recommendation. Even if verbal ratings in this area do not sound that bad ("sufficient" or "satisfactory"), they are usually euphemisms that disguise a classification as a below-average laptop.
