Archive.org versionIf you are looking for a 17-inch laptop to be used for basic applications such as the web, email, productivity software or watching HD video, then the Toshiba Satellite L675D-S7060 is a very good value with an MSPR of just $750. To get some of these features though, the laptop does sacrifice its performance for demanding applications and relies on integrated video.

ATI Radeon HD 4250: Onboard graphics card (in the RS880M chipset) for AMD processors with Avivo HD support and technically a higher clocked HD 4200.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.

DTR are mainly intended for stationary desk use, where weight and energy hunger don't matter.
