Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game developed by King Art, currently available for $4.49 instead of $29.99 until March 2, 2026, allowing you to explore an alternate universe set in the 1920s, after World War I.

As Europe is recovering from the ravages of the Great War, farmers discover the remains of machines that fought on the battlefield. However, secret forces threaten the balance in Europe and want to wreak havoc. You will have to stop this plague by leading and commanding more than 40 different units, such as infantry and mechs. 

In total, there are three different campaigns with more than 20 missions, and you can embody nine heroes in a war-torn Europe. Some mechs are designed for close combat, while others allow you to attack from a distance. Your understanding of the battlefield and your strategic approach will be necessary to defeat your enemies. And if you want to play with friends, a co-op mode is also available for up to three players.

Taking place just after World War I, Iron Harvest has obtained 72% positive reviews out of more than 15,600 reviews on Steam. On Metacritic, its Metascore is quite good, with a score of 75, but its user score is mixed, as it is 6.7 out of a total of 201 reviews. It must be said that while the scenario is greatly appreciated by players for its diversity, mixing real events with imaginary ones, its gameplay has a few issues.

Some players complain about the AI, which is not balanced. Numerous bugs have been reported, particularly at the end of the game. Also, the game was funded by a funding campaign on Kickstarter, and there have been many changes in the team, resulting in numerous modifications in its gameplay.
