The Realme X3 SuperZoom is a new phone with a high-end appeal not merely because of its Snapdragon 855+ processor and 120Hz screen, but also due to its 8MP periscope lens that yields 5x optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom (and also, thus, the device's variant name). It initially launched in Europe for €499 (~US$557). Now, there are indications that it is also coming to other regions.
For example, the brand's Indonesian division has made its launch in this country official: it will go ahead on June 16, 2020. Meanwhile, new certifications reportedly lodged with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) suggests that it is cleared to do the same in that nation.
This documentation does indeed show that Realme has secured approval to sell the RMX2086 - the X3 SuperZoom's model number - in the BIS' jurisdiction. Interestingly, the brand has added 2 further numbers (RMX2085 and RMX2081) to this certification.
These heretofore-unknown devices could be the series-mates the SuperZoom had originally been projected to have, yet mysteriously failed to appear at its unveiling. They may become known as the X3 and X3 Pro on their own debut; however, their actual existence still depends on official confirmation from this OEM.
