Realme just launched the Realme X50 Pro Player edition in China for RMB 2,999 (approx US$420). The flagship-killer sports a Snapdragon 865, vapor cooling, a 90 Hz panel, and 65W fast charging.

Realme launched the Realme X50 Pro Player edition today in China. For RMB 2999 (approximately US$ 420), the phone offers a flagship Snapdragon 865 SoC, 48MP quad cameras, and a high refresh rate 90 Hz AMOLED panel. The Realme X50 Pro Player edition shares key specs with its premium sibling the Realme X50 Pro.

The key point of difference is in terms of the camera configuration. The Player edition keeps costs down by swapping out the Realme X50 Pro's 64MP primary sensor for a lesser 48MP variant. Gaming appears to be a focus for this device though, as suggested by the name. With the Snapdragon 865 and Adreno 640 GPU, intensive titles like PUBG and Call of Duty: Mobile should be no trouble at all.

The X50 Pro Player edition features vapor cooling technology to keep temps in control and to limit throttling. Moreover, 65W fast charging means that the generous 4200 mAh battery can be recharged on the fly. The Realme X50 Pro Player edition will be available in China from June 1st.

We don't have word yet on international availability but we expect this device to be available in India soon. We will keep you posted.
