With prices starting at 850 Euros (~$1,009), the Nexoc GH5 515IG is a low-priced gaming laptop. You'll look for high-end case materials in vain since the whole chassis is made of black plastic. The design is sober and doesn't distract the user. Color accents are set by illuminated elements on the back of the lid. Furthermore, the GH5 is one of the increasingly rare devices that still has a removable battery.
The laptop has a Core i5-10300H processor (Comet Lake) on board that provides enough computing power for all common application areas. In combination with the dedicated GeForce GTX 1650 graphics core, it brings all modern computer games smoothly onto the screen. Positive: The CPU and GPU can work at high speeds for prolonged periods of time.
The laptop can be customized to the user's own needs and purchased in the Nexoc online shop. The storage drives, memory, WLAN module, software, and the operating system can all be selected individually. When it comes to the CPU and GPU, there are more powerful alternatives with the Core i7-10750H hexa-core processor and the GeForce RTX 2060 graphics core.
Buyers of the laptop don't have to settle for just one storage device. The laptop offers space for two M.2 SSDs (1x NVMe/SATA, 1x NVMe) and a 2.5-inch storage drive. M.2 SSDs in the 2230, 2242, and 2280 formats can be installed.
The Full HD IPS display offers stable viewing angles, a matte surface, good contrast, and a decent color reproduction. The maximum brightness is too low, though. The color-space coverage isn't any cause for enthusiasm either.
