The Legion C7 can run all current titles smoothly at 1080p. It comes with the Core i7-10875H, RTX 2070 Max-Q, 32 GB of dual-channel RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, and a Thunderbolt 3 port. What is so special about it is that it never becomes too hot or too loud.

At first glance, the Legion C7 15IMH05 seems like a typical gaming notebook. However, it is not, because it is also suitable for many other tasks.

The Legion C7 features the Core i7-10875H, RTX 2070 Max-Q, 32 GB of dual-channel RAM (64 GB max), and a 1 TB SSD, which is why it can handle all modern tasks with ease. What is more, there is an empty slot for an additional NVMe SSD.

The housing of the Legion C7 is made of aluminium. The C7 comes in the colour scheme known as "Dark Moss". The ports are located on the back and two sides of the device. The Lenovo laptop has two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port. There are also two USB-C ports (one Thunderbolt 3 port and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port). The USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port can be used for charging. It can also output a DisplayPort signal. Moreover, the laptop also features an HDMI port. There is no SD card reader.

The Lenovo notebook never gets hot. During the stress test, the 40-°C (104-°F) mark was exceeded at three measurement points. In the gaming stress test, the surface temperatures were even lower. When idle and under low load, the fans often stand still, which leads to silent operation. Under medium load, the fans become audible. Under high load, they start to spin really fast.

We recommend using the "Quiet" power mode in day-to-day use. In this mode, the fans stand still even under high loud. However, the Lenovo laptop still offers enough performance for office applications and Internet-browsing.
