The Hyperkin DuchesS will be sold for $49.99 and will be available to buy in black and white. The controller is available for preorder now but won't start shipping until the 21st of August. Since the announcement in January, nothing seems to have changed with respect to its features.
The DuchesS will remain a wired controller like the original Xbox Controller S but will make use of a detachable 10 feet braided USB-C cable. It will also have hall effect joysticks, mirror bumpers, and dynamic impulse triggers. The DuchesS is an officially Xbox licensed controller, so it will be compatible with the Xbox Series X, Series S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 and 11 devices.
The Hyperkin DuchesS completes the trio of old generation Xbox controllers announced by the brand. The other two are the Duke (curr. $60 on Amazon) which is based on the original Xbox Controller and the Xenon (available on Amazon for $50) which is based on the Xbox 360 controller.
