New family plan from T-Mobile
This new plan offers two lines with 10 GB of 4G LTE data each, unlimited talk and text for $100 USD, while four lines cost usually $40 USD more (from now through Labor Day the fourth line is free so the price of a four-line plan is $120 USD).
Codrut Nistor,

As 4G LTE-capable handsets get more and more affordable, the data plans to accommodate them must keep up. T-Mobile announced yesterday a new family plan that offers 10 GB of 4G LTE data per line for a price that starts at $100 USD a month - two lines included.

According to the official press release, the new offer from T-Mobile provides two to four lines, each with 10 GB of 4G LTE data per month, with $20 USD more per person after the minimum two lines required. Although this means a four-line subscription costs $140 USD, T-Mobile offers this subscription for $120 USD to those who sign up or switch to this plan before Labor Day.

Each line of this new family plan also comes with unlimited talk and text. If 10 GB of data is not enough, T-Mobile offers its clients the chance to double that amount for only $10 USD more per line. Please check the press release below for more information.

Although I have been writing about new software and hardware for almost a decade, I consider myself to be old school. I always enjoy listening to music on CD or tape instead of digital files and I will not even get into the touchscreen vs physical keys debate. However, I also enjoy new technology, as I now have the chance to take a look at the future every day. I joined the Notebookcheck crew back in 2013 and I have no plans to leave the ship anytime soon.
