Steam has added yet another batch of new free games, and most of them were launched in late November 2025. These newly added freebies fall in different categories, and many of them already have decent player ratings. Some of the notable ones are as follows:
- Night Shift Nightmare - classified as an indie horror game with pixelated visuals and an interesting storyline. It launched as a freebie on November 26, and currently sports an 88% positive player rating.
- Whispering Death - said to be a prologue of the series with a twisted narrative and interesting puzzles. This free game became available on November 28, and so far, it has garnered 31 reviews with 83% being positive.
- RoboLeague - a competitive 5v5 football game with a heavy focus on strategy, skill, and teamwork. It launched on Steam as a freebie on November 30 and currently has a 72% positive rating.
- Goober Dash - said to be a 2D platformer with a heavy focus on movement. This free game became available on November 27, features proper controller support (8BitDo Ultimate 2C wireless curr. $17.99 on Amazon), and it has gathered over 130 reviews so far, with 90% of them being positive.
- The Perfect Tower II - described as a mix between tower defense and building game. The freebie made its 1.0 debut on November 30, and it currently features an 86% positive player rating.
- Killer Chat! - Original Edition - a comedic simulation game with horror elements. It launched on Steam on November 28, and the freebie currently has a 95% positive player rating.
- Just the Boss Fights - described as a 2D platformer with challenging fights and pixel graphics. This free game currently features a 96% positive rating.
- Winds of Valen - a sandbox MMORPG with an old-school progression system and a challenging item drop system. It currently sports a 71% positive rating with over 190 reviews.
