If you're facing issues with Spectrum today, you're not alone. Thousands of users are currently reporting issues, with some encountering error codes such as VZTLI-9000 while using the Spectrum TV app.

Spectrum users are reporting widespread issues today, with many saying they can't access the service at all. If you're running into problems, you're not the only one, as the outage appears to be affecting thousands of customers.

The problems began around an hour ago, when reports on Downdetector started climbing rapidly. At the time of writing, more than 14,000 reports have been submitted within the past hour, suggesting that the outage is impacting a large number of users.

Based on user reports, people are seeing different types of errors. Some say their devices display a "No Service" message.” Others are encountering error codes such as VZTLI-9000, while several users have also taken to social media to report ongoing problems with the Spectrum TV app, mobile app, and even the company's website

While Spectrum has confirmed its enginners are currently working to fix the issue, it has not shared the reason behind the outage or provided an estimate for when service will be fully restored. The company has also not shared any official workaround for affected users.

Unfortunately, because this appears to be a server-side issue, there isn't much you can do to fix it yourself. For now, the best option is to wait for the company to identify the cause and restore normal service. Until then, affected users may continue to experience interruptions or be unable to access Spectrum's services altogether.
