Archive.org versionThe Sony VAIO E Series (VPCEJ15FG) is a 17.3in general-purpose notebook with mid-range specifications. Sony's VAIO E Series notebooks are intended for general purpose use, and the VPCEJ15FG fulfils that requirement happily. If you're trying to complete too many tasks at once the E Series does tend to pause for a few seconds, but we only encountered this a few times in our testing.

NVIDIA GeForce 410M: Entry level graphics card based on the GF119 chip but compared to the 520M with lower clock rates.
Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.

Dual-core processor based on the Sandy Bridge architecture with an integrated graphics card and dual-channel DDR3 memory controller. The CPU is clocked at 2.3 GHz (Turbo Boost 2.6-2.9 GHz) and the GPU at 650 (1200 MHz Turbo).

DTR are mainly intended for stationary desk use, where weight and energy hunger don't matter.
