Prospective TV buyers who are looking for a high-end 77-inch OLED TV or a much more affordable but still pretty capable 65-inch mini-LED might want to check out Amazon's latest offers for a pair of Sony Bravia televisions.

Sony Bravia TVs are often priced a bit higher than competing sets from the other big brand, but the Japanese tech giant still offers a bunch of enticing home theater displays that can be a good value when they are on sale with significant discounts.

Case in point, two quite different but noteworthy Sony Bravia sets are currently marked down by at least 30% on Amazon. For instance, shoppers who are looking for a decent 65-inch TV for under $1,000 can currently grab the Sony Bravia 5 mini-LED TV for $998 including free shipping. This Sony TV deal matches the previous all-time low according to Camelcamelcamel and provides savings of 33% in relation to the current list price of $1,499.

Before ordering, it makes sense to check out Rtings' in-depth review of the Sony Bravia 5. This 65-inch TV offers a native 120Hz refresh rate and a VA panel with a high contrast ratio of up to 53,587:1 thanks to the local dimming feature of the mini-LED backlight. That said, the peak brightness of up to 800 nits for small highlights is a bit lower than some other televisions with this type of backlight.

77-inch Sony Bravia A95L OLED marked down by 30%

For home theater enthusiasts who have a lot more money to spend, the 77-inch Sony Bravia A95L is now back on sale for $3,498 on Amazon, which matches a popular deal from a month ago. The price history once again indicates that this is an all-time low price, but buyers should note that this OLED TV was originally released back in 2023.

Nonetheless, Rtings' comprehensive review illustrates that the QD-OLED panel of the Sony A95L is still very competitive. Compared to the cheaper mini-LED TV, this set has a virtually infinite contrast ratio and noticeably higher peak HDR brightness of up to 1,400 nits. The review further praises the vibrant color reproduction and instantaneous response times, which are more advantages over the more wallet-friendly Bravia 5. In any case, both of these deals are decent opportunities to upgrade to a new Sony TV.
