Deal | Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ deal: 11-inch tablet drops to $146 for a limited time
The Galaxy Tab A series is an affordable lineup of Android tablets from Samsung. In January 2024, the company launched the Galaxy Tab A9+ in the US. Currently, it is available on Amazon at a discount.
The usual price of the Wi-Fi version of the Galaxy Tab A9+ with 64 GB internal storage is $219. It is currently down to $146 on Amazon, reflecting a 34% discount. The 128 GB variant, which usually costs $269, is available at a 23% discount, bringing the price down to $209. Amazon lists this as a limited-time deal but has not specified an end date.
The Galaxy Tab A9+ comes with an 11-inch TFT display with a resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. Additionally, it has a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. It is powered by the Snapdragon 695 5G processor. In our review, the tablet scored around 354K points in the AnTuTu v9 benchmark.
It has a single 8MP camera on the rear and a 5MP selfie camera. The Galaxy Tab A9+ features a 7,040mAh battery with 15W charging support. Some notable features include DeX support and Samsung's promised 4 years of updates. It launched with Android 13 and can be updated to One UI 7 based on Android 15.
In other news, the successor to the Galaxy Tab A9+, allegedly called the Tab A11+, along with the standard Tab A11, is reportedly in development. In addition, the company is expected to launch the flagship Tab S11 series.
