This 5-inch successor of the recently released Galaxy J2 might launch soon in two different variants.

Samsung Galaxy J2 arrived last month and now it looks like the launch of its successor is close. According to various rumors, the Galaxy J3 will have a slightly larger screen (5 inches, while the J2 has a 4.7-inch display), as well as improved specs. The previous Galaxy J3 model spotted was SM-J3109 and featured LTE connectivity, while the latest one that has been listed on Zauba and GFXBench apepars to lack LTE.

The main specs and features of the upcoming Samsung SM-J320 are similar to those of its LTE-capable sibling. These include 1.5 GB of memory, 8 GB internal storage, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, 5 MP and 8 MP cameras, as well as GPS, NFC, and more. While the SM-J320 can no longer be found on GFXBench, a Samsung device known as SM-J320F is still listed on Zauba. Unfortunately, there are no technical specs mentioned there.

The samples mentioned on Zauba have a price of roughly $100 USD, but the retail price will probably be a bit different. Since nothing is official for now, we should wait for the official unveil.
