Rollme’s AirView smart glasses launch with an 8MP camera, dual‑mic noise reduction, Bluetooth calling, voice assistant, translation, and object recognition, priced at $79.99.

Rollme has just announced AirView - a pair of camera-equipped smart glasses with on-device voice features and wireless connectivity. The glasses come with an 8MP "anti-shake" camera capable of capturing photos and recording HD video. A dual‑microphone noise‑reduction array is built in for clearer voice pickup during calls and recordings, and the glasses can place or receive Bluetooth calls when paired to a phone.

AirView is basically a voice‑first accessory. A built‑in assistant can handle hands‑free tasks such as initiating calls, setting reminders, checking weather, and controlling music through spoken commands. The glasses also offer real‑time speech translation, and object recognition, which can identify items in the wearer’s surroundings. Rollme says photos, video and other data can sync over Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth for real‑time transfer to connected devices.

The company has two lens options at launch, clear and tinted. The initial price on Rollme’s official store is $79.99. No battery capacity, runtime estimates, storage details or water resistance ratings were provided in the launch material, and Rollme has not disclosed the underlying processor or on‑device model specifics for the AI features.

At this price, AirView does undercut camera‑forward smart glasses from larger brands, such as the Ray-Ban Meta glasses (curr. $329 on Amazon), but the long‑term value will hinge largely on image quality, mic performance in noisy environments, translation accuracy, and how reliably the assistant works offline or over a spotty connection. For buyers, the main questions to clarify before purchase are battery life, privacy controls for the camera and microphones, and what companion apps are required for transfers and updates. AirView is available now through Rollme’s online store with the two aforementioned lens configurations at the stated launch price.
