Risky Realme 9i, Realme 9 Pro, and Realme 9 Pro+ prices for UK, Italy, Europe, and Russia leak

The prices for the upcoming Realme 9 smartphone range have purportedly leaked for the UK, Italy, Europe, and Russia. The Realme 9i has already appeared in markets such as India, and it will be joined by the Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+. Realme appears to be taking a calculated risk, with the Europe price for the top-end Realme 9 Pro+ standing at €439 (US$496).

Realme is launching the Realme 9 Pro and Realme 9 Pro+ in India on February 16 while other markets such as the UK and Europe will also be receiving the budget-friendly Realme 9i. Leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore has offered up extensive price lists for the models in four different markets: UK, Europe, Italy, and Russia. Considering the specs offered up in the Realme 9 range, it can be argued that Realme is taking a risk by pushing the prices higher than could be expected, presuming this leak is accurate.

As can be seen in the table above, the prices are quite challenging when considering the specifications of the Realme 9i, Realme 9 Pro, and Realme 9 Pro+. The base model of the Realme 9i, which was released in India for ₹13,999 (US$185), comes with a Snapdragon 680 processor (4G) and a 50 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP main camera setup. The Realme 9 Pro should come with a Snapdragon 695 (5G) while the Realme 9 Pro+ gets a Dimensity 920 chipset (5G).

In addition to the mentioned models, there will apparently be 6 GB + 128 GB and 8 GB + 256 GB variants of the Realme 9 Pro+ going for €350-370 (US$396-418) and €390-420 (US$441-475), respectively, in some regions. The source also reveals the European model colors, with the Realme 9i coming in Prism Black or Prism Blue, while the Pro smartphones are offered in Aurora Green, Midnight Black, and Sunrise Blue.
