RingConn has announced updates for its iOS and Android apps with v1.7.0. The new version allows you to zoom in on your vital signs charts, letting you look more closely at your health metrics such as heart rate and SpO2 level.
The updated apps also provide push notifications or reminders for a high heart rate or if you’ve been sedentary for longer. Widgets are now available for Android users, having launched for iOS users earlier in the year. The iOS widget can now also display steps and calories, providing a quick view of the statistics. Existing widget metrics include Sleep, Stress, Activity and Power. Lastly, RingConn says it has worked to improve the registration, login and wearable to smartphone pairing process.
The company has also tackled various bugs and improved the stability of both apps. The next update from RingConn, expected in a matter of days, will likely bring a new workout monitoring feature alongside an updated workout heart rate algorithm. A more significant update is scheduled to arrive in August with improvements for the sleep tracking tool. You can now download the RingConn App v1.7.0 from the App Store or Google Play Store.
