Refreshed thin Anker magnetic power bank launches with 30W fast charging support

Alongside the refreshed 5,000mAh Air, Anker has launched the Air+ 10,000mAh power bank. It's thicker than the former, but the double the rated capacity makes up for it. The company says that it measures 1.47cm thick, up from the 0.86cm thickness of the smaller model.

Of course, it's not just the battery capacity that has seen a bump. The wired charging speed has gone up from 20W to 30W. However, the wireless fast charging rating stays the same, at 15W, which means that Anker is sticking with the regular Qi2 standard.

The 15W wireless charging rating is said to get the iPhone 17 Pro from 0% to 25% in 19 minutes, while the USB-C wired charging option makes the power bank capable of recharging two devices at the same time. Anker also highlights that there are multiple safety features, ensuring low temperatures during operation for stable charging.

Anker's 10,000mAh Air+ power bank has launched in China in four color options. The launch price is CNY 399, around $59. It's worth noting that Anker already has a similarly specced MagGo Power Bank (10K, Slim) in the global market (curr. $63.99 on Amazon), and the only notable difference is that the Air+ complies with the new safety standards of China.
