New Ugreen mini GaN fast charger on the way to Europe

Ugreen’s new Nexode Air 45W GaN Charger is now available in Europe. This portable accessory launched in China in early 2026, and has since been released in the US (curr. $24.99 at Amazon).

The Ugreen Nexode Air 45W GaN Charger has a single USB-C port. At 45W, the company estimates that you could charge an iPhone 17 to 70% or an iPad (A16) to 35% in half an hour. Supported fast charging protocols include PPS, PD3.0 and QC4+. Plus, the Smart Care Charging protects the battery by slowing charging above 80%.

The Nexode Air charger has a ThermalGuard feature, checking the temperature 200 times per second, which the company claims can reduce charging temperatures by up to 10°C compared to unnamed competitor models. Ugreen has used its GaNInfinity technology for this product, helping to keep it compact. It measures 3.07 x 3.07 x 3.61 cm (~1.21 x 1.21 x 1.42 inches); it is worth noting that, unlike the US version of the charger, the pins do not fold.

You can now buy the Ugreen Nexode Air 45W GaN Charger at the brand’s Amazon storefronts in countries like France and Spain for €27.99. The accessory is currently only available in the brand’s signature dark gray colorway.
