The Redmi Note 15 series is set to be fully unveiled in China on August 21, 2025. Ahead of this imminent launch, Xiaomi has already showcased the design of the Pro+ model, and now, Thomas Wang, Redmi's general manager, has revealed what the non-Plus Pro model will look like.
Per the official photos, the Redmi Note 15 Pro will feature an identical design to the Pro+ model. However, while the latter comes with a curved screen, the non-Plus Pro phone will sport a flat display. Even though it's not yet clear whether there will be a size difference, both are confirmed to come with narrow bezels with large R angles.
Thomas Wang further highlights that the Note 15 Pro will feature the same durability level as the Pro+, and Xiaomi has already revealed that the Pro+ is highly resistant to drops. This also suggests that the non-Plus mid-range phone will have the same IP69K rating as the Plus variant.
Xiaomi has yet to detail the core specs of the Redmi Note 15 Pro, but per the pictures, it's confirmed to feature a 50 MP camera with OIS on the back. It will seemingly be paired with one more sensor, and it is likely an ultrawide camera.
There's still no official word about the SoC that might be inside the Redmi Note 15 Pro, but the Pro+ is expected to pack the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. Both are rumored to feature 90 W fast charging, though (145 W Ugreen 25K Nexode power bank curr. $69.99 on Amazon). Xiaomi is expected to share more details about the upcoming phones of this new lineup soon through more teasers.
