A stream of Redmi 10 leaks has suddenly appeared via numerous sources, indicating that Xiaomi is preparing to release the successor/s to the successful Redmi 9 series. The Redmi 10 was spotted at the FCC database, which revealed that the device with the model number “21061119AG” was operating on the MIUI 12.5 software and is dual-SIM 4G capable. The test report also lists the memory and storage configurations.
It seems the Redmi 10 listed here will offer users a choice from 4 GB + 64 GB, 4 GB + 128 GB, and 6 GB + 128 GB. On top of the details served up by the FCC listing, there have been some additional Redmi 10-related specs offered by tipster Kacper Skrzypek. He believes the Redmi 10 will come with a Mediatek processor but “not sure which”. The leaker also provides some details about the camera equipment.
Apparently, at least one Redmi 10 SKU (as there are bound to be a whole host of Redmi 10-labeled phones akin to the expansive Redmi 9 range) will have a 50 MP main camera lens. Skrzypek states this will be the Samsung S5KJN1 sensor, while Sony’s 8 MP IMX355 sensor and a 2 MP macro lens will be available for support. It has been further suggested that the Redmi 10’s display could be an IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution being available in at least one model.
