RedMagic releases wired gaming earphones with the choice of a USB-C or 3.5mm connector

RedMagic has released a pair of earphones in China. The new earphones are sold as the RedMagic Wired Earphones (machine translation) and are available with the option of a USB-C connector or 3.5mm connector. This isn't RedMagic's first foray into audio products as it released a pair of gaming earbuds in 2023.
The RedMagic Wired Earphones are equipped with 14.2mm dynamic drivers housed in a metallic gray casing with an angled design. RedMagic states that the drivers are paired with a dedicated composite diaphragm that heightens the sense of space, sound, and layered details. It also mentions that background details, such as gunshots, are enhanced.
The earphones have a semi-in-ear design, so users should still be able to hear ambient sounds especially when using them in public. In addition, the earphones have an in-line remote that houses playback and volume controls, as well as a microphone, so you can use them to receive calls. RedMagic says the cable doesn't get easily tangled.
If you are wondering if and when the earphones will get an international release, they already did, although when this happened, seems unclear. The earphones are available to buy as the RedMagic Magic Sound Earphones. However, unlike the version sold in China which is available in 3.5mm and USB-C variants, the international version is available with a USB-C port.
Priced at $21.90, nearly double the CNY 89 (~$13/€11) of the China variant, they are compatible with Android, Windows, and iOS devices.
