RAM and storage options for Huawei P30, P30 Pro, and P30 Lite leaked
The National Communications Commission (NCC) in Taiwan has certified two new devices from Huawei. The certificates have been leaked and there is some interesting information to be gleaned from them. The device listed as model ELE-L29 is believed to be the regular Huawei P30, and this will apparently come in two RAM/storage options: 6 GB + 128 GB or 8 GB + 128 GB.
Next up is the model VOG-L29, which is better known to the world as the Huawei P30 Pro. Naturally, this flagship smartphone will offer better specification options than the regular P30. If these certificates end up pertaining to the Huawei smartphones, then the P30 Pro will come in 8 GB/128 GB or 8 GB/256 GB variants. Unsurprisingly, the P30 Pro is expected to also feature wireless charging.
In the certificates from the Indonesian government’s TKDN agency, there is mention of the two Huawei devices above with the same model numbers. However, there is also a third certificate that describes model MAR-LX2, which presumably will be a Huawei P30 Lite smartphone. Unfortunately, the RAM and storage options for this variant weren’t included in the leak. However, 6 GB + 128 GB or 4 GB + 64 GB have been suggested as likely RAM/storage specs for the Lite version of the P30.
