Huawei MAR-LX1M could launch soon, possibly as a Huawei P30 Lite variant
Huawei might be facing some legal issues in a few key markets, but the Chinese brand seems fully committed to its plan to become the leading smartphone maker by the end of 2020. Although it will probably not have more flagship models than the P20 lineup, the upcoming P30 family could include a generous mid-range offering.
Such a mid-range P30-series device could be the Huawei MAR-LX1M, a handset that has been spotted quite a few times lately. Its latest appearance took place on Huawei's website, where the UA profile of the MAR-LX1M reveals a full HD+ display with 1,080 x 2,312 pixels and Android 9.0 Pie firmware out of the box. Obviously, the handset will not come with the stock version of Google's mobile operating system and will use Huawei's EMUI custom interface.
Sadly, there are no other details included in the UA profile, so there is a chance that the MAR-LX1M to be a P30 Lite variant, but it is also likely for it to be a completely different model, maybe one that does not even belong to the P30 family.
The Russian certification agency EEC has recently certified two more handsets alongside the MAR-LX1M. The other two are labeled VOG-L29 and ELE-L29. Since there are no other details to talk about at this stage, we can only wait for more information to show up. However, since the UA profile for the MAR-LX1M is available on Huawei's website, it would not be surprising for the Chinese brand to introduce these new handsets silently in a few weeks.
