A cryptic tweet by @_Tom_Henderson_ from Dualshockers seemingly hints that Quantic Dream’s next title after Detroit: Become Human will be a narrative focused Star Wars game.

Dualshockers contributor and tipster @_Tom_Henderson_ recently tweeted a cryptic image showing what appears to be a Detroit: Become Human character with crossed lightsabers. Some of Henderson’s more eagle-eyed followers asked whether this meant Quantic Dream was working on a new Star Wars title. @_Tom_Henderson_ “liked” all user replies asking this question, implying that this is, indeed what his tweet was about.

After the success of Detroit: Become Human, Quantic Dream’s been at work on a next-generation title. However, until now, we’ve known nothing about it, apart from a job listing that mentions that it is an “action-adventure” title.

@_Tom_Henderson_’s tweet suggests that we’re looking at something new in the Star Wars universe. This wouldn’t be surprising considering how well games based on the Star Wars IP have performed recently. Jedi: Fallen Order, for instance, was the second highest-grossing game in the US for 12 months after launch, and Knights of the Old Republic, Bioware’s legendary RPG, is receiving a next-gen remake.

We’ve heard nothing so far from Quantic Dream, but we expect to know more about this potential Star Wars narrative adventure in the months to come.
