The iPhone X went on sale on Friday and the issues with its limited available quantity are well-documented. Users who could secure one finally have another reason to smile, with news that shipment of the much-heralded smartphone has begun.
Sprint began shipping the phone on the very next day, the 28th. The phones are shipped from China—where they are assembled—so it won't be until November 3 before users lay hands on Apple's bravest offering. Of course, November 3 is also the scheduled date for the phone's official launch, and prospective buyers should be able to get units from retails stores close to them—albeit in limited quantities.
Meanwhile, new information says that Apple has stabilized the production process for its Face ID setup, which, we believe, should lead to an increase in the quantity of available iPhone X's.
