Expected to feature the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor as the Reno 4, the upcoming OPPO Reno 5 will sport a 6.43-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with 60 Hz refresh, a 32 MP front camera, a 64 MP main camera (quad sensors), and a 4,300 mAh battery with 65 W fast charging capabilities. The price and release date are not even in the rumor mill yet.
The device that is expected to hit the market as the OPPO Reno 5 has recently surfaced on TENAA as the PEGM00/PEGT00. The certification reveals most specs and features, although some are still (more or less) safe guesses and a few others remain completely in the dark for the time being.
The OPPO Reno 5 is expected to feature the same processor as the Reno 4, namely the 2.4 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chip. The weight and dimensions are 0.38 pounds and 6.26 X 2.89 X 0.31 inches. This upcoming handset will come with a 6.43-inch OLED with 1,080 X 2,400 pixels, 60 Hz refresh rate, and 180 Hz touch sampling rate. No information on storage and memory, sadly, but we will probably see at least 128 GB of internal storage and 4 GB of memory on the most affordable model. The cameras will have a 32 MP sensor (selfie camera) and 64 + 8 + 2 + 2 MP (main camera assembly). Lastly, we should also keep in mind the 4,300 mAh battery with 65 W fast charging.
Although there is no launch date or price to talk about, it looks like the color choices will include Aurora Blue, Starry Dream, Moonlight Black, Star Wish Red, as well as a leather finish option.

In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
