Nothing smart glasses leak reveals two models, including one with ChatGPT

Nothing’s plans to enter the smart glasses market emerged earlier this year, when Bloomberg reported that a camera-equipped pair was planned for the first half of 2027. Now, leaker Roland Quandt says the company is preparing two models, one focused on audio and another equipped with a camera.
The audio model would support music playback and phone calls, while also letting users interact with the voice assistant on their connected phone. It is said to have photochromic lenses, which automatically darken in sunlight and become clearer indoors. The audio glasses are reportedly coming soon.
The second pair would have the same features, plus a camera, ChatGPT and translation support. ChatGPT could let wearers ask questions by voice and hear the answers through the glasses, similar to Nothing’s existing ChatGPT Voice integration on its headphones. Bloomberg previously reported that the glasses would use a connected phone and the cloud for AI processing and would not have an augmented-reality display. There is still no word on when the camera version will arrive or on prices and battery life for either pair.
