New Lenovo smartwatch offers AMOLED display, seven-day battery and phone calls for $32

The Lenovo F101 is a new smartwatch that is now listed on Banggood for about $32, although this is still a preorder and additional shipping and import fees are excluded. Deliveries should not be expected before mid-March. As usual, warranty claims might be difficult to enforce as the seller is based in China.
The price already makes it fairly clear that this Lenovo smartwatch is rather basic. Users won’t have access to maps, the wearable does not have a GPS module either. Therefore, the distance covered during workouts can only be estimated based on step count and stride length rather than measured precisely. That said, the Lenovo F101 smartwatch has a 1.96-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 410 x 502 pixels and rounded edges, which should mainly improve how it feels in use.
The watch is 0.39 inches thick, sports a rotating crown and comes with an IP68 rating, even though it’s probably not suitable for swimming. Either way, the wearable can measure heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, and sleep tracking is also on board. Phone calls via Bluetooth are supported, and the F101 can control music playback on a paired smartphone. Last but not least, Lenovo advertises a typical battery life of around one week.
