Reebok launches new budget Rush smartwatch for $69.99

Reebok has released the Rush smartwatch in the US. This cheaper model is positioned as an entry-level fitness tracker. It has arrived alongside the Stride watch and offers many of the same features at a lower price point.

The Reebok Rush has a 1.39-inch LCD touchscreen with a 360 x 360 px resolution; for comparison, the Stride has an AMOLED display. It offers over 80 sport modes with assisted GPS for enhanced distance tracking accuracy. There are health features like heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, and sleep analysis. On top of this, there is support for smart notifications, remote music controls, and Google Assistant voice commands. Users can connect the watch to their smartphone via Bluetooth 5.3, and through the Reebok Connect app, they can access integrations with services like Strava, Google Health and Apple Health.

Unlike the slightly more expensive Stride, Reebok’s Rush lacks Bluetooth calling functionality, and it does not have a built-in speaker. However, like the other model, it is IP68 water resistant and is said to deliver a battery life of up to 10 days on a single charge. The Rush weighs 47 g (~ 1.66 oz) and measures 46 × 46 × 11 mm (~1.81 x 1.81 x 0.43 inches), making it a little larger and heavier than the Stride. It is available in three colorways: Midnight Steel, Spectre Red, and Victory Gold.

Reebok has listed the Rush smartwatch on its US website with a $69.99 RRP, making it the most affordable model in the brand’s range. However, it is not currently available to purchase in this country, with no release date confirmed. In the meantime, you could consider a competitor model like the Amazfit Bip 6 (curr. $79.00 at Amazon).
