A new Decathlon electric cargo bike, the Btwin E-Three 900, is on the way. Listed on a website for an upcoming bike festival, this model features a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and geolocation tracking.

The Decathlon Btwin E-Three 900 electric cargo bike has been unofficially announced. This unreleased e-bike has been spotted on a page linked to the Cargo Bike Festival France 2026. It appeared shortly after the company launched the E-Three 500 longtail cargo e-bike in Europe.

Decathlon’s Btwin E-Three 900 is another longtail model. It is powered by a continuously variable transmission (CVT) engine from Owuru with up to 65 Nm torque. This is accompanied by a 700 Wh battery and Tektro 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes. As is common for cargo bikes, there is a larger 24” wheel at the front, and a smaller 20” wheel at the rear.

The Btwin E-Three 900 can be used to transport one or two children, or another adult, on its rear seat, with “Butterfly Kids Bars” for safety. A few more details were revealed in an official Decathlon marketing video. While this has been hidden on YouTube, another user has uploaded a copy of the commercial (embedded below). This confirms that the rear rack is compatible with B-Clip accessories, and that the model has LED lighting at the front and rear. Plus, the e-bike is said to offer location tracking.

The new Decathlon Btwin E-Three 900 electric cargo bike will be on show at the Cargo Bike Festival France in June 2026. It is expected to retail for €3,199 in Europe, though its release date has yet to be confirmed.
