Citizen's latest launch is the new ATTESA Platinum Shine Collection, with three limited-edition models made with the brand’s proprietary "Duratect Platinum" recrystallized titanium. All three watches are scheduled to be released globally in November 2025 and will coincide with the 55th anniversary of Citizen’s first titanium watch. The Platinum Shine Collection includes the CC4076-65A, AT8284-61A, and CB0284-66A. Each model has its own technical points, and will be released in limited global quantities.
The CC4076-65A is the flagship model in the 3-watch lineup. It's limited to 2,200 units worldwide and priced at a projected $2,437. It uses "Super Titanium" with Duratect Platinum and DLC, and features a dual spherical sapphire glass with anti-reflective coating. The watch measures 44.6mm in diameter and 15.4mm thick. Also, the model comes with the advanced Cal.F950 movement, with satellite wave GPS reception as fast as 3 seconds, with +5 seconds per month accuracy when not synced. The Eco-Drive power system lets the watch run up to five years on a full charge in power save mode. The CC4076-65A supports world time, a 1/20 second chronograph measuring up to 24 hours, perpetual calendar, luminous hands, 10 bar water resistance, and uses recycled materials in selected dial components. The dial has a crystal pattern, while city codes are printed on the black Duratect DLC-treated sapphire bezel.
The AT8284-61A is limited to 2,500 pieces worldwide at a projected price of $1,319. This Radio Controlled Eco-Drive Chronograph features the Cal.H800 movement, with a claimed accuracy of ±15 seconds per month (uncorrected by signal). Like the flagship, it features a Super Titanium case and bracelet with Duratect Platinum and Duratect DLC, sapphire glass, and a 42mm case diameter. Functions include global multi-band radio reception, world time in 26 time zones, a chronograph that measures up to 60 minutes in 1/20 second increments, perpetual calendar, power reserve indicator, luminous hands and indices, and 10 bar water resistance. Adjustments to time and date should be easy with Citizen’s Direct Flight system, all managed by twisting the crown.
The third model - CB0284-66A - is limited to just 1,400 pieces globally and is expected to retail at $1,220. This three-hand Radio Controlled Eco-Drive shares the collection’s material palette and dial design. The Cal.H145 movement offers ±15 seconds per month accuracy when not synchronized, two years of running time on a full charge in power save mode, and covers a range of features including global radio control, world time, perpetual calendar, power reserve indicator, luminous hands and indices, and 10 bar water resistance. Like the AT8284-61A, it uses Direct Flight for simplified adjustment in 26 time zones.
All three watches feature Citizen’s proprietary recrystallized titanium on the center links of their bracelets and dial, which produces interesting mineral-like crystal patterns unique to each piece.
